Mr. Goanpot Asvinvichit, the director general of Government Savings Bank (GSB), Mr. Wichit Srisa-an, the Minister of Education (MOE), jointly signed the memorandum of agreement between MOE and GSB on quality of life improvement of teachers who receive extra salary based on their expertise with aims to solve debt problem and improve teachers??? quality of life, at Meeting Room, 2rd floor, Ratchavalrop Building, February 27 2007. |
