| Debt Payment Suspension Program for Small Farmers |
Mr. Thiraphong Tangthirasunan, the President of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), announced a debt payment suspension program aimed to help 340,395 small farmers who had a debt to the BAAC of up to 100,000 baht each, covering loans of 18,076 million baht, at Press Release Room, Ministry of Finance, April 4 2008. |
