Mrs. Pornnipa Hachaiphum, the President of Secondary Mortgage Corporation (SMC), and Mr. Thatpon Karnchanakun, Senior Vice President of Government Savings Bank (GSB), jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on the capital market development between the Secondary Mortgage Corporation (SMC) and Government Savings Bank (GSB), in which the top executives from both agencies also joined the ceremony, April 19 2013. |
