Picture News Negotiation on the Thailand-Portugal Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation Mr. Manit Nithipratheep, the deputy director general of the Revenue Department, who represents Thailand Government, together with Mr. Miguel Serrao, Tax Advisor, the Centre for Tax and Customs Studies, who represents the Portugal representative, joined the negotiation on the Thailand-Portugal Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation, at Lisbon, Portugal, between February 18-22 2013.
