Prayuth Janocha, Commander in Chief of Royal Thai Army, presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar on Thailand in the ASEAN Economic Community organized by the committees of National Defence College Class 2007 and the Fiscal Policy Office, in which Mr. Somchai Sujjapongse, the director general of the Fiscal Policy Office, also joined the seminar aimed to provide knowledge and important of the approach in ASEAN Economic Community in 2015, at Vipavadi Ballroom A-B, Centara Grand @Central World, Central Plaza Lardprao, October 9 2012.
