| Memorandum of Agreement on the Development of Government Officers??? Quality of Life Project |
Mr. Sanit Rangnoi, the director general of the Revenue Department, Mr. Goanpot Asvinvichit, the President of Government Savings Bank (GSB), and Mr. Preecha Watcharapai, the secretary of Office of The Civil Service Commission (OCSC), jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on the development of government officers??? quality of life project, which offers loan at proper interest rate to government officers, who are willing to change their spending behavior under the Philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy, at Meeting Room, the Revenue Department, July 3 2007. |
