Picture News Announced the New Tobacco Factory Construction Mrs. Prapassorn Phongphanpisan, Spokeswoman of Thailand Tobacco Monopoly, announced the construction of new tobacco factory which will be located within 20 kilometers of Bangkok to facilitate logistics of transporting tobacco leaf, from the Northern and Eastern region to the factory, and distribution to consumers in the Central region, which currently account for 57% of total sales, at Press Release Room, Ministry of Finance, September 6 2007.
