Adul Saengsingkaew, Deputy Commissioner-General of Royal Thai Police, and Pol.Lt.Gen Danai Wongthai, Assistant Commission-General of Royal Thai Police, also joined the ceremony, at the Office of Insurance Commission, Ratchadapisek Road, March 14 2011.
