Deputy Finance Minister Agreed to Abide by the Central Administrative Court???s Ruling

Mr. Sommai Phasee, the deputy Finance Minister, agreed to abide by the Central Administrative Court???s ruling and ordered the Permanent Secretary to revoke the Ministry of Finance???s order #266/2001 on September 26 2001 and # 108/2002 on May 2 2002 on appointing four high-ranking officers, including Mr. Boonsak Jiampreecha, Mr. Chor.nun Petpaisit, Mrs. Jantima Sitisaengtaksin and Mr. Wichai Juengrakkiet, to deputy director-general and transfer them to previous positions equivalent to those before the appointment within 30 days, at Press Release Room, Ministry of Finance, November 1 2007.
