Picture News Thailand Tobacco Monopoly Supported the Project to Help Disadvantaged People to Receive Heart Surgery Mrs. Prapassorn Phongphanpisan, the deputy director general of Administration Bureau, and spokesman of Thailand Tobacco Monopoly, representing the Thailand Tobacco Monopoly, gave a financial support in total of 2,000,000 baht to both helping disadvantaged people who have heart disease to receive the heart surgery and renovating the patient building, at Royal Thai Army Radio and Television Channel 5, November 17 2007.
