Picture News Memorandum of Understanding on GHB-TOT Hi Speed Internet Mr. Khan Prachuabmoh, the President of Government Housing Bank (GHB), and Mr. Warut Suvakorn, the President of TOT Public Company Limited, jointly signed the memorandum of understanding on GHB-TOT Hi Speed Internet to reduce the subscription rate of TOT Hi Speed Internet (1M/512 kbps) from 590 baht per month to 490 baht per month, starting now until January 31 2010, at Press Release Room, Government Housing Bank (Head Office), August 6 2009.
