Ltd., during the grand opening of Mitr Lao Sugar Mill of Mitr Lao Sugar Co., Ltd., Suvannakhet province, Lao PDR., in which he bank offered a syndicated loan to the company for sugarcane cultivation and construction of a sugar mill, at Suvannakhet province, Lao PDR, March 2 2009.
