Picture News Memorandum of Agreement on Housing Loan with Fixed Mortgage Interest Mr. Khan Prachuabmoh, the President of Government Housing Bank (GHB), and Mrs. Duangporn Apasin, the President of Secondary Mortgage Corporation (SMC), jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on the 500 million baht housing loan with fixed mortgage interest which offers credit lines of between 300,000 and 10 million baht with a maximum of 85% of the appraised price of land and building or the selling price at three fixed mortgage interest rates: one-year at 3.99%, two years at 4.99% and five years at 6.99%, at Government Housing Bank (Head Office), August 14 2008.
