Seminar on Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST)
Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, the director general of the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO), and H.E. Mr. Mark Kent, the Ambassador of United Kingdom to Thailand, presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar on Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST), in which Mr. Petter Matthews, Executive Director of CoST International Secretariat (CoST IS), Mr. William Paterson, Senior Technical Adviser of CoST IS Ms. Evelyn Hernandez, Manager of CoST Honduras National Secretariat ???????? Mr. Quang Phung, Independent Consultant and Former Manager of CoST Vietnam National Secretariat, also joined the seminar as lecturers, which cooperation between SEPO, the United Kingdom Embassy and Anti-Corruption Organization (Thailand), at Crystal 2-3, 3rd Floor, Century Park Hotel, Bangkok, February 18 2016.
