Mr. Kulit Sombatsiri, the director general of the Customs Department, presided over the opening ceremony of the Exit Conference on Time Release study (TRS), in which the representatives from Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC), World Bank, International Organization, government agencies, private sectors, Thai Chamber of Commerce, and all association, also joined the meeting, at Passakornwong Meeting Room, Building 1, the Customs Department, Klong Toey, February 18 2016.
