Mr. Somchai Pulsawas, the director general of the Excise Department, presided over the Royal Kathin Offering Ceremony of the Excise Department, in which the top executives, government officials and people, also joined the ceremony, in which the Excise Department provide the donation to Wat Nakklang in total of 2,660,221 baht and gave scholarships to student of Wat Nakklang School and Taweetapisek School, at Royal Temple, Wat Nakklangvoraviharn, Bangkok Yai District, Bangkok, November 9 2015.
