Mr. Wisudhi Srisuphan, Deputy Finance Minister, presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar on the draft of procurement and inventory management act B.E??? under the world class standard, in which Mr. Luc Stevens, UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative, and Mr. Mark Kent, the Ambassador of England to Thailand, also joined the seminar, and they were welcomed by Mr. Manas Jamveha, the director general of the Comptroller General???s Department (CGD), at Amari Watergate Bangkok Hotel, August 19 2015.
