Panadda Dissakul, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister???s Office and Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister???s Office, presided over the opening ceremony of the Music in the Garden titled ???Under the Royal Graciousness of Maha Vajiralongkorn??, on occasion of the 63rd Years Birthday Anniversary of Maha Vajiralongkorn, Crown Prince of Thailand, in which Mr. Apinan Chantarangsi, Director General of the Public Relations Department, and Mr. Manas Jamveha, Director General of the Comptroller General???s Department, also joined the ceremony, at Auditorium, the Public Relations Department, July 23 2015.
