BAAC Offered Ph.D. scholarships
Mr. Thiraphong Tangthirasunan, the President of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), and Mr. Manop Pramnachot, the Chancellor of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on ???Ph.D. scholarships in Good Governance Study?? Project aimed to provide educational opportunities for BAAC???s employees as well as officials under the Local Administration Organization, at Meeting Room, Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, Ratchadapisek Road, Bangkok, April 23 2008.
