Custom Announced the Seize of Elephant Tusks from Africa
Mr. Jamroon Poyod, the deputy director general of the Customs Department, Pol.Gen.Chalermkiat Srivorakan, Deputy Commissioner General of Royal Thai Police, and Mr. Adisorn Nuchdamrong, the deputy director general of the Department of National Parks Wildlife and Plant Conservation, jointly announced the seize of 102 pieces of elephant tusks from Africa smuggled into Thailand, worth approximately 10 million baht, ay Meeting Room, Investigation and Suppression Bureau, the Customs Department, Klong Toey, July 6 2015.
