Signing Ceremony for the Exchange of Notes and the Loan Agreement For Mass Transit System Project in Bangkok (Red Line) (Phase II)
Mr. Sommai Phasee, Finance Minister, and Mr. Shiro Sadoshima, the Ambassador of Japan to Thailand, jointly signed the exchange of notes between Thailand and Japan for mass transit system project (Red Line) Bangsue-Rangsit Phase II of the State Railway of Thailand, and jointly signed the loan agreement for this project with Mr. Shuichi Ikeda, Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), at Vayupak 4, Ministry of Finance, June 12 2015.
