Memorandum of Agreement on NPL Agreement Contract
Mr. Supoj Arwas, President of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank), and Mr. Chukiet Jittimaitrikul, President of Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited, jointly singed the memorandum of agreement on Non-Performing Loan (NPL) agreement contract and hire-purchase loan for machine under the re-organization plan of SME Bank, at SME Bank, Head Office, SME Bank Tower, Paholyothin Road, March 31 2015.
