Prayuth Chan-ocha, Prime Minister, presided over the candle lighting ceremony to blessing Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on occasion of her 60th birthday anniversary, in which Mr. Rungson Sriworasat, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, also joined the ceremony, at Sanam Luang, April 2 2015.
