Mr. Sommai Phasee, Finance Minister, jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on the establishment of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), during the 21st APEC Finance Ministers??? Meeting at Beijing, China, in which was in advance signing ceremony between Finance Minister of Malaysia and Philippines and will be formal signing on October 24 2014, at an executive lounge of Tiew Yhu Tai Government, China, October 22 2014.
