Excise Laid a Wreath to Honor King Rama V
Mr. Somchai Pulsawas, the director general of the Excise Department, Mr. Thammasak Laaoraium, Adviser on Excise Control Development, Miss Wilai Tantinanthana, the deputy director general of the Excise Department, and the top executives, jointly laid a wreath to honor King Rama V on occasion of Chulalongkorn Day, at King Rama V Monument, the Excise Department, as well as joined the ceremony at Ministry of Finance and the King Rama V Equestrian Monument, Dusit Palace, October 23 2014.
