Prayuth Janocha, Commander in Chief of Royal Thai Army and Chief of National Council for Peace and Order, had a VDO taping to blessing Her Majesty the Queen on occasion of the Queen Sirikit???s Birthday Anniversary, in which Mr. Rungson Sriworasat, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, also joined the ceremony, at Royal Thai Army Radio and Television Channel 5, Sanam Pao, July 23 2014.
