Excise Organized the Traditional Songkran Festival 2014
Mr. Somchai Pulsawas, the director general of the Excise Department, together with the Excise???s top executives and government officials, jointly poured scented water onto the Buddha images and gave food offerings to 9 Buddhist monks on occasion of the Songkran festival 2014, at Auditorium, the Excise Department, April 11 2014.
