Mr. Suwit Rojanavanich, the deputy director general of the Public Debt Management Office and acting Advisor on Bond Market, presided over the signing ceremony of the memorandum of agreement on Piloting Community Approaches in Conflict Situation in Three Southernmost Provinces Project under the World Bank, in which the representatives from World Bank, Ministry of Labour, Community Development Department, Department of Local Administration, Local Development Institute, Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre, Prince of Songkla University, Office of the National Economics and Social Development Board, and National Human Rights Commission, also joined the ceremony, at Vayupak 2, Ministry of Finance, November 18 2013.
