Mr. Somchai Pulsawas, the director general of the Excise Department, announced the Improvement of Liquor Tax Structure, in which will be improve the liquor tax structure and assign new liquor tax rate starting on September 2 2013, at Meeting Room 2, 5th Floor, the Excise Department, September 4 2013.
