EXIM Bank Hired an Independent Finance Advisor to Oversee the NPLs Sale
Mr. Apichai Boontherawara, the President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Bank), Mr. Warwick Reginal Kneale, the managing director of Baker Tilly Corporate Advisory Services (Thailand) Limited (Baker Tilly), and Mr. Yundyong Thantiviramanon, the director of Baker Tilly Corporate Advisory Services (Thailand) Limited, jointly signed the contract hiring Baker Tilly Corporate Advisory Services (Thailand) Limited as an Independent Finance Advisor of EXIM BANK to oversee the Non-performing Loans (NPLs) sales in total amount of 8,000 million baht, at Export-Import Bank of Thailand (Head Office), May 24 2007.
