Mr. Chakkrit Parapantakul, the deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance and Chief of Property Group, presided over the meeting on the Efficiency and Usability of SOE Land and State Property, in which Mr. Pattarasak Osathaugrah, Advisor to Minister of Finance, Mr. Naris Chaiyasoot, the director general of the Treasury Department, and the representatives from the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO), also joined the meeting, at Vayupak 1 Meeting Room, Ministry of Finance, April 5 2013.
