Excise Announced the Suppression Result of First Four Months for the Fiscal Year of 2013
Mr. Somchai Pulsawas, the director general of the Excise Department, announced the suppression result of first four months for the fiscal year of 2013 (October 2012 ??? January 2013), that the Excise Department arrested the offenders in total of 13,913 cases, worth of the damage is 149.50 million baht, and the damages under the court order is 277,000 baht, the Excise Tax collection for the first four months is 157,045.45 million baht, higher than last year at 41.36% or 45,949.47 million baht, and higher than the expectation of 21,168.69 million baht or 15.58%, at Excise Auditorium, the Excise Department, February 8 2013.
