Memorandum of Agreement on the Refund to Environment Fund of Hatyai Municipality
Mr. Manus Chamveha, the director general of the Comptroller General???s Department, who represents the Ministry of Finance (Environment Fund), and Mr. Prai Pattano, Mayor of Hatyai Municipality, jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on the refund to environment fund of Hatyai Municipality for the construction and water treatment system of Hatyai Municipality in pollution control area, at Meeting Room 302, the Comptroller General???s Department, January 28 2013.
