Mr. Kittiratt Na-Ranong, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, presided over the announcement of ???230th Years Rattanakosin in Memory?? aimed to appreciate 9 Kings of Chakri Dynasty, in which Mr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, also joined the ceremony and gave a speech on the objective of the organization, at Auditorium, Thammasat University, Taprachan, November 29 2012.
