EXIM Thailand Provides 70-Million-Baht Loan to Support Thai SMEs??? Investment in Water Supply Development in Lao PDR
Mr. Kanit Sukonthaman, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and Mr. Pira Intaratood, Managing Director of Asia Nampapa Luangprabang Co., Ltd., a joint venture between two Thai SME investors, Asia Infrastructure Management (Thailand) Ltd. and Water Solution Co., Ltd., signed a loan agreement worth 70 million baht to finance Asia Nampapa Luangprabang???s investment in water treatment plant and water supply service facilities to cater for the Water State Enterprise of Luangprabang Province to enhancing Lao PDR???s water supply production capability, the loan facility will help support the expansion of tourism and service industries as well as economic development in Luangprabang, Lao PDR, at EXIM Thailand???s Head Office on November 14, 2012.
