Signing Ceremony on Financial Advisors of Securitization Project
Mrs. Pornnipa Hachaiphum, the President of Secondary Mortgage Corporation (SMC), and Mr. Vitoon Jiasakul, Governor of National Housing Authority (NHA), jointly signed the contract on financial advisors of Securitization Project that assigned the Bangkok Bank PCL and Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), to be a financial advisors, in which Mr. Decha Tulanon, Vice President of Bangkok Bank PCL, and Mr. Panya Janyarungrueng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HSBC, also joined the ceremony, at Bangkok Bank PCL, Head Office, November 5 2012.
