Mr. Kittiratt Na-Ranong, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar on ???Tax Reform???Transform Thailand??, in which Mr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, and Mr. Somchai Sujjapongse, the director general of the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO), also joined the seminar, at Prof. Sangvien Intarachai Auditorium, November 1 2012.
