Miss Yingluck Shinawatra, Prime Minister, presided over the opening ceremony of the ???New Decade of National Village and Urban Community Fund: Capital Increase Phase 3?? to promote the National Village and Urban Community Fund as the community financial institution, in which Mr. Kittiratt Na-Ranong, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, also joined the ceremony, at Challenger 2, IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani, October 25 2012.
