Crown Prince Naruhito, Japan, presided over the opening ceremony of the Annual Meetings of International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group 2012, in which Mr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance and Chief of Thai representatives, Mr. Somchai Sujjapongse, the director general of the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO), and their team, also joined the meeting, at Tokyo, Japan, October 12 2012.
