Memorandum of Agreement on Housing Loan with Fixed Interest Rate
Mrs. Pornnipa Hachaiphum, the President of Secondary Mortgage Corporation (SMC), and Mr. Sakchai Peechapat, Vice President of Tisco Bank Public Company Limited, jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on the housing loan worth 500 million baht, that SMC will buying the housing loan from the Tisco Bank with long-term fixed interest rate due to the SMC is the secondary mortgage aimed to proceed the securitization and funding from capital market to financial market under the obligation of SMC, at Tisco Bank Public Company Limited, September 12 2012.
