Memorandum of Agreement on Loan for M-Metal (Thailand) Co.,Ltd
Mr. Apisak Tantiworawong, the President of Krung Thai Bank (KTB), Mrs. Jintana Mekserikul, Committee Chairman of Zubb Steel Group Co.,Ltd, and Mr. Pakin Mekserikul, Committee of M-Metal (Thailand) Co.,Ltd, jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on loan in total of 7,030.00 million baht for the improvement and extension of billet manufacturing and the construction of steel manufacture factory that use manufacture technology from Danieli Far East Co.,Ltd., Italy, at Krung Thai Bank, Head Office, April 30 2012.
