Memorandum of Agreement on the Technical Assistance
Mr. Viroon Techapaiboon, the deputy Finance Minister, presided over the signing ceremony of the memorandum of agreement on the technical assistance in the Development of a Strategic Framework for Financial Inclusion of Thailand, in which Mr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, also joined the ceremony, at Poey Ungpakorn Auditorium, 7th Floor, the Fiscal Policy Office, January 30 2012.
