Memorandum of Cooperation on the Loan under the Fuel Enterprise Restoration Project
Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Energy Minister, and Mr. Viroon Techapaiboon, the deputy Finance Minister, presided over the signing ceremony of the memorandum of cooperation on the loan under the fuel enterprise restoration project between Department of Energy Business and Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank), in which provided a financial amount of 600 million baht, 1 million per person with fixed interest rate of 3% for the installments not over 6 years, free principal payment not over 2 years, until to March 31 2012, at Suanson Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Energy Complex Center, Building B, Ministry of Energy, December 16 2011.
