Memorandum of Cooperation on Flood Protection Loan
Mr. Virapong Ramangkun, Chairman of Strategic Committee for Reconstruction and Future Development (SCRF), presided over the signing ceremony of the memorandum of cooperation on flood protection loan between Mr. Lersuk Chuladesa, the President of Government Savings Bank (GSB), and Mrs. Montha Pranutnarapan, Governor of Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, in which Mr. Thirachai Phuvanatnaranubala, Finance Minister, and Mr. Wannarat Charnnukun, Minister of Industry, also joined the ceremony, at Poey Ungpakorn Auditorium, the Fiscal Policy Office, Ministry of Finance, November 25 2011.
