Mr. Somchai Rachuphan, Committee Chairman on Public Sector Examination and Evaluation of Ministry of Finance, and Mr. Somchai Apiwattanaporn, Chief Inspector General of Ministry of Finance, had a study tour on the economic situation and logistics route (Thailand-Laos-Vietnam) at Vung An Deep Sea Port, Ha Tinh province, Vinh Port, between August 19-21 2011.
