The Draft Act on Private Participation in State Undertaking Approved
Mr. Phongphanu Svetarundra, the director general of the Public Debt Management Office (PDMO), announced that the Cabinet has approved the draft act on private participation in state undertaking (No???) B.E. ???proposed by Ministry of Finance to improve efficiency of the project management and evaluation process, at Press Release Room, Ministry of Finance, September 4 2007.
