The National Road 11 Improvement Project
Mr. Akkasiri Buranasiri, the director of Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (Public Organization): NEDA, and H.E. Sommard Ponsena, Minister of Public Works and Transportation Ministry, Lao PDR, joined the ground breaking ceremony of the National Road 11 Improvement Project (Baan Tadthong ??? Baan Namsang and Muang Sungthong) under the financial support of NEDA, at Muang Sungthong, Vientiane, Lao PDR, April 23 2011.
