Thailand Tobacco Monopoly Gave Scholarships to Financial Troubled Students
Mrs. Prapassorn Phongphanpisan, the deputy director general of Administration Bureau and the Spokesman of Thailand Tobacco Monopoly, who represents the Thailand Tobacco Monopoly, gave scholarships worth 170,000 baht to the financial troubled students from Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Suntirat Business Administration School and Bangna Commercial College, at Administration Building, Thailand Tobacco Monopoly, September 12 2007.
