BAAC and Asian University Gave Scholarships to the Children in Rural Areas
Mr. Thiraphong Tungthirasunan, the President of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) and Mr. Viphun Ruengpitaya, the Chancellor of Asian University, jointly awarded 10 international program bachelor???s degree scholarships to the children of farmers and BAAC???s employees worth 1,200,000 baht each (300,000 baht per year for 4 years) to support the children in rural areas to gain quality education, at Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (Head Office), September 12 2007.
