Mr. Winai Wittawatkaravej, the director general of the Treasury Department, together with the top executives, welcomed H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirinthorn, who came to visit and monitor the progress of the operation of Chakkaphan Pensiri Plant Development Center at the state property, Pongpa, Mae Sai, Chiangrai, and opened the Tea Oil Plant Research and Development Center at the state property, Viengpangkam, Mae Sai, Chiangrai, which organized by Chaipattana Foundation, February 16 2011.
